Teams & collaborators
Work on Roos together — share a workspace, collaborate on boards, and manage who's on your team.
Tikroo isn't only a solo tool. Teams can share a workspace, build Roos together, and present each other's boards.
Why work as a team
- Shared library. Roos your team creates live in one place, so anyone can pick one up and present it.
- Build together. Collaborators can help author and refine boards rather than emailing files around.
- Consistency. Reuse the same well-made Roos across a department, class group, or event series.
Adding people
Team management lives in your account settings. Broadly:
- Open your team / workspace settings.
- Invite colleagues by email.
- Set what each person can do, where roles are available.
Invited people get access to the shared workspace once they accept.
Licensing
Team capabilities and seats are tied to your plan. Because the specifics depend on the current plans, check the Pricing page for what team features your plan includes, and see Plans & what's included for the general model.
Good practices
- Name Roos clearly so teammates can find the right one at a glance.
- Agree a house style — question length, when to use games, how leaderboards are shown — so sessions feel consistent whoever presents.
- Duplicate, don't overwrite. Before reworking a shared Roo for a one-off, make a copy so the original stays intact for everyone else.
